BWRT®

What is BWRT®?

‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed you only need to know what you want to change in your life.

Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Level 2 BWRT® allows lasting change for more deep-rooted conditions such as depression, addictions, obsessions, binge eating, eating disorders, PTSD and more. This is a four-stage therapy and is developed from Level 1 techniques. Find out more on their website

Hello

Barbara

Plutard said “What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality”.

In 2013 I became one of the first therapists to train in BWRT® and since then have carried out thousands of BWRT® consultations, face2face in Little Warley near Brentwood or via Skype/Zoom etc globally, with rapid dynamically consistent results. I am thoroughly enamored with this ground-breaking and very effective therapy, helping people to make positive changes, so much so it has become a mainstay of my clinical practice.

Today I have reached the level of Level 3 Advanced Practitioner of BWRT® as well as a Supervisor/Mentor/Examiner & Accredited Member.

MORE ABOUT BWRT®

The consultation

You will be fully conscious during the therapy, which does not use hypnosis. You will be in total control at all times, I will simply teach you how to change the way you respond to such memories or experiences removing emotion, using your own thoughts and powerful inner resources. As this therapy is mainly content free you will not need to tell me what you are thinking during the actual process.

As your therapist I do not need to know all the details of your symptoms, you don’t have to remember the original event just the strongest experience or memory to enable lasting positive changes and symptom benefits.

Testimonials

Barbara has a very calming approach and explains everything fully and I have no hesitation to recommend her. I had these phobias for most of my life and had almost accepted that they would always be there but it really is possible to change.
